3 More Sleeps!!!

l

Well hello world! man, it has been a LONG time! its nuts how things have been around here. And with us getting ready to head East for a few weeks we have alot to get in order. I'll try and update everyone on all the exciting tings in my life as of late! first off I have to coment on my veggie tales.. i don't know what is more cheesy the fact that i made them out of play doh when i was playing with Tyson and then I was so impressed with them I wouldnt let him play with them...or the fact that i took pictures of them. But for those of you who don't know me arts and crafts isnt really my forte!!! Well, I'm gonna be a bridesmaid in Tamara's wedding so that is super cool! We went out today and looked at dresses.... the highlight was when she came out of the changeroom in this really weird one and we realized she had it on backwards! I almost peed my pants laughing. (T if you read this sorry dude but that was darn funny!!) Potty training is still at work on our end I'm hoping that we can work on it and get it nailed down when we are home. I'm excited that Joel and I get in on the 20/20 getaway (young adults group at Koinonia led by only the best pastor ever...MY BROTHER!!) Then we have a few days in Niagra for convention so that will be nice to relax and hang out with some people from other franchises get some ideas and share some laughs. But that is what is gonna happen not what IS happening so let me try and recap. Joel's parents just got back from being in Guatemala for like 6 weeks. I got a huge shaft from a friend as of late and that really sucked. I think I thought our friendship was at a place that its not...well isnt anymore at least. I mean I know I'm no counselor but i think that sometimes experince is the best teacher and if you can learn from other people then you should! Oh and my new thing that I hate is when people become "accountable" to people just so they feel better about themselves. the thing with acountability is its easy to have someone "speak into your life" when they know very little about the whole situation. Anyways, i don't want to get into all that b/c this will turn into a venting Blog more then a recap. On to more exciting news. I'm officially totally addicted to the game CRANIUM! i'm not really smart enough for some of the questions but I sure have fun trying! And WINNING!!! um...what else... OH YA!!! WE GOT A NEW BED!! this is great b/c our old one was about as comfy as sleeping on a log with a rock for a pillow but man, this new bed ROCKS and the best part is its a KING!! ya, we basically have no room in our bedroom but its worth it! Its like sleeping in a hotel every night...except the maid does'nt come and clean up in the morning...well she does...but its me so its not really the same. Well i think that just about sums up life for the past few weeks...well not really but it will do. I mean if you really wanted I could go into all the details of the awesome deals i got on clothes for the boys...like really $1.94 for shirts! COMEON!! how awesome is that! and i could tell you about the most amazing brownies I made but then it gets to long and boring. So, i think i'm gonna call it a night! to all my family! I can't wait to see you guys!!!!!! and to everyone in Toon town! cya Suckers!!!..no wait...its super cold there too darn! well, i'll miss you guys too!
Cheers!

hey loser. :D That was for the SUCKA comment. Sad we didn't get to go mini golfing, i so would have kicked your butt anyway. I hope you have a FANTABULOUS time. I'm glad you get to get away, and send me postcards and stuff. I know how much you look forward to that. This whole comment is sounding really dumb. OH YA, LOVE THE PLAYDOH VEGGIE TALES...AND the fact that you wouldn't let Tyson place with them AND the fact that you took a picture of them. I suddenly have a little more confidence in my abilities to one day be a mother. I used to have this false idea that you were so incredibly selfless and humble, and that I would never be able to do what you do. LOL, i'm joking again...you really are a wonderful mother and friend...(and wife to Joel of course) and I think you deserve moments where you outshine your children with your playdoh skills. Again, have a great trip...i will call you if anything crazy goes down while you're away. I'm anticipating BIG THINGS! Love ya tons and tons, as you can tell by how much time we spend together. HURRY BACK, I MISS YOU!

Hey, looking forward to seeing you! Especially Tyson and J.J. (and Joel too of course). I can't wait to give JJ a hug, he looks so squishy. About the getaway, I talked to Jenn, give me a call when you have a free moment. BTW, the hair looks great straight.

So...your bed rocks, huh? By itself?
Never mind.
I'd love a King sized bed, maybe it would save Jason from being beaten and bruised at night. But I do love my comfortable mattress and feather bed - I cringe at the thought of having to buy all new linens and stuff.
We are looking forward to seeing you soon - maybe you can come play Jason's new Cranium game I bought him for Christmas! Make sure you go to the Suzy Shier outlet and Bootlegger outlet in Cambridge!! Seriously - you'll never want to buy anything regular priced again!! I wanna go back. They get new stuff every day, too.
I am sure you will have a nice time away in Niagara ( I haven't been in 10 years!!)...
I'm sorry to hear about your loss of a friend - I have lost some people near and dear to my heart because of I said more than they needed to know. It's really frustrating when people you love can't see the big picture.
Anyhow....we shall see you soon!
