Back In The Saddle

Well, we are home! We got back on Wednesday night. man, what a fun trip. I have never played so many games in all my life! And Nelson bought me Settlers of Catan so I can play at home now! It was a great time seeing family and friends hanging out and being toughed by God in ways I have'nt for a very long time! Way too many late nights though I'm sure paying for it now!
The highlight of my trip was the 20/20 getaway. It was a blast. God spoke to me and touched me and I really will never be the same again. I could go into a bunch of detail but just click on my link to Heather's page and she does a good job of touching on the points that affected me there But i think the thing about it that made it even cooler was he did it through my brother. Who knew! All this time I just thought he was a big geek! Just joking. i love him to death and he knows it. Jenn, Heather and I stayed up way to late but it was just like old times so even though we were all tired the next day I don't think any of us would have traded it for anything!

Chem-Dry convention was pretty cool we made some great contacts in the states. And we had fun introducing some first time Canada visitors to Tim Horton's and Roll up the Rim to win. I tried to convice the one guy that when he rolled up the lid and it said Play again that he had won and he needed to ask for anotheer cup. I guess American's can be dumb but NOT THAT dumb! and I'm totally stoked for next year...Its in Vegas! Joel and I think we ma stay longer and go to California with the people we met. The one guy cleans for a ton of famous people..Like Lawrence Fishbourne (Morpheous from the Matrix) I told him we clean for Brad Johner (a local country singer) he just laughed at me.

The downer was that I never did get together with all the girls from my old school but we will try and hook up this summer. At least now we all have eachothers info and we can stay in touch.

Oh another highlight for me was being able to be at Koinonia's anniversary service. I hate missing out on stuff so it was nice I got to be there. And the one night Heather,Chris and me and Joel went down to the Power's for dinner. That was fun. dineer was good...I ate WAY too much! We laughed alot..as can be expected when Pastor Power is in the room.

So, ya, all in all the trip was a blast! i have to say my biggest higlight was when Paul had to change one of Tyson's poopie diapers! mind you as an auntie, i think its about time he had his come upins!!

Now trying to get back into the swing of things is nuts. JJ and Tyson are really sick so that is crappy. And there is a ton of stuff we are trying to get done on the business side of things. On one hand I think that I need a clone on the other hand I think God help us if there is more then one of me! Anyways. this was long and I even tried to sum stuff up. Apparently some of my adoring Blog readers have changed the name from Alesha's Blog to Alesha's B@#!# b/c they think i cmplain too much. Well, all I have to say to that is........ Ah, forget it I got nothing but so i don't dissapoint those pepole (who will remain nameless for fear that people will loose respect for you!!) You will never believe what happened the Friday before we went to Ontario...

I was running some errands and I was driving downtown. 2 cars a head of me stopped so I was TOTALLY STOPPED when I looked in my mirror and saw a car just bookin' it my way. I even had time to contimplate if I should try and move or if that would cause more damage So, I put my foot on the break and let he slam into the back of my car....$900 in damages later I get a new bumper and i'm not at fault but man, was I angry! Anywayas, I get it fixed in April so that's my conrtibution to my b!@$@in' blog!
Over and Out!
